About Us

The Developing Competences for Stress Resilience @SMEs (DeSTRESS) project aims to provide an innovative solution to the problem of work-related stress, faced by an increasing number of enterprises, managers and employees. The negative impact on productivity represents a major, hidden cost in many organisations and especially small and medium enterprises (SME). Unlike larger enterprises, which have dedicated human resource specialists and welfare offices, managers in SMEs have few, if any, resources to tackle this problem and no access to experts. In this context, contributing for the development of competencies to manage work-related stress is therefore
essential.
