Desarrollo de competencias para la resiliencia ante el estrés en PYMEs

SOBRE EL PROYECTO

La salud y la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo forman parte de la política de la Unión Europea en materia de empleo y asuntos sociales, en virtud de las directivas sobre los derechos en el trabajo. Sin embargo, a pesar de las grandes sumas gastadas en la prevención de riesgos, hay ciertas áreas donde los resultados son todavía limitados. El impacto negativo en la productividad representa un importante coste oculto en muchas organizaciones, pero especialmente en las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMEs).

El proyecto «Desarrollo de competencias para la resiliencia ante el estrés en PYMEs (DeSTRESS)» tiene como objetivo proporcionar una solución innovadora basada en la educación y formación profesional (EFP). Basándose en la investigación existente, los socios desarrollarán un programa de EFP apoyado por una innovadora plataforma digital que utiliza las últimas técnicas de gamificación y formación basadas en el juego y complementada por un conjunto de herramientas y recursos prácticos para facilitar la transferencia del aprendizaje al lugar de trabajo.

Technostress, or digital stress, has many negative consequences. Can we recognize the symptoms of technostress and its sources (techno-stressors)? How to deal with it? Can digital hygiene help with wellness? What is psychological fitness and how to train mental resilience and fight digital stress? How should the employer take care of his employees in the era of remote work?All these issues were discussed during the Seminar-Workshop entitled "Digital stress - how to deal with it?", that took place on May 12, 2022 organised by Fundacja Małopolska Izba Samorządowa in the cooperation with WSEI Kraków - Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomii i Informatyki.During the seminar, the following lectures were given by:🖌PhD Tomasz Czapran (WSEI in Krakow) on "Remote work and digital stress.
