Sílvia Agostinho Silva is Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior at Instituto Universitário Lisboa (ISCTE- IUL). Her research on work psychology applied to safety and health at work has been published in several books and international journals. She has been a Member of several scientific associations and international networks. She coordinated several research national and international projects and collaborated with several companies aiming workplace safety and health promotion.
Cheila Ramalho is a Project Manager at the Business Research Unit of Iscte (BRU-Iscte). She holds a Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Nova University of Lisbon and Masters in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris. She has over 12 years of experience in managing international projects and networks, including EU projects, both with academic and non-academic partners. She is responsible for supporting the administrative management and reporting obligations of the DeSTRESS project.
Donatella Di Marco
Donatella Di Marco is Assistant Professor at the University of Seville and researcher at the Business Research Unit of the Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Her research focuses on the relationship between subtle forms of discrimination (e.g. selective incivility) and workers’ well-being. The goal of her research is to foster inclusive and healthy organizations by promoting an effective implementation of diversity management strategies. Her work has been published in books and international scientific journals and presented at international conferences in the area of management and organizational behaviour.
Alicia Arenas is Associate Professor at the University of Seville. Her research has been focused on analyzing the psychological, social, and organizational aspects linked to protection and prevention of work-related risks. Currently, she is working on diversity and occupational health, focusing on how to develop diversity policies in order to improve well-being and health. She has published numerous papers in international scientific journals and several chapters in this area.

He specializes in strategy development for organisations (business and public) and revitalisation programmes for local communities. Provides job and life coaching for individuals and entrepreneurs. Member of the Commission of Experts on the Elderly at Polish Office of Commissioner for Human Rights.
Aldona Okraszewska is a consultant, Trainer on entrepreneurship. Master of economy. Social Media Manager. She specializes in Adults Education projects on key competence development. Project manager of national and European projects under European Social Funds and Erasmus Plus.
Margherita Brondino completed her graduate studies (Ph.D.) in Organizational Psychology at the University of Verona. She is research assistant in Psychometrics at the University of Verona, Department of Human Science. She has been Honorary Associate of the Department of Psychology at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. She is member of EAWOP (European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology) and IAAP (International Association of Applied Psychology).
Margherita Pasini completed her graduate studies in Psychology at University of Padua (Italy) and her PhD in Experimental Psychology at the University of Trieste (Italy). She is Associate Professor in Psychometrics at the University of Verona, at the Department of Human Science. She has bene member of the academic staff for the PhD course in Organisation Psychology since 2005 and Director of the same PhD course since 2012.
Carlos Vaz de Carvalho
Carlos Vaz de Carvalho is Director of Virtual Campus Lda. since 2014. PhD (2001) in Technologies and Information Systems from the University of Minho, focusing in the use of e-learning in Higher Education. As professor, lectured courses on Algorithms, Programming, Data Structures, E-Learning and Multimedia, Serious Games Design and Development and Multimedia Application Development. From 2005 to 2014, was Scientific Coordinator of GILT R&D (Games, Interaction and Learning Technologies) at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
Hannah Schiff holds a B.A. in International Relations, by the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra. During the bachelor, participated in the Erasmus programme, studying for 5 months at the University of Warsaw. At present works at virtual Campus Lda, where started as intern and now works as Project Manager Assistant.
